Prairie Wolf Bakery is a sister owned microbakery who specializes in sourdough goods and using local Manitoba ingredients.
They grow a lot of it themselves on their homestead and source from other local producers and farmers. This allows them to change up their menu as the seasons progress and ingredients become abundant and available.
