Leslie Born Art
Leslie Born is a pencil crayon, digital artist, sewer, and papier-mâché sculptor. Her art has always been with her, many of her inspirations come from childhood: classic horror movies, toys, and cartoons.
She likes off-beat things, but believes embracing her weird is what makes her Leslie. The eclectic things she likes are whimsical and fun.
As she’s grown as an artist, she’s wanted to help uplift others - wanting to connect people, or have them know they aren't alone in their feelings. That's why there are the Do-Gooder art prints, greeting cards, and sculptures - each one donates a portion of their proceeds to an organization as it relates to the piece.
In her path to respect the past and pave the way for the future, she’s making whimsy and magic by creating eclectic fine art prints, greeting cards, embellished notebooks, bookmarks, papier-mâché sculptures, hand-sewn robots, and more!
