Fellow Artisan is Locally owned and operated creative studio focusing on functional ceramic ware, sculpture, and design.
Jon Philpott has been operating as a ceramic artist in Manitoba and Saskatchewan since 2018, and more recently as a graphic designer. His work is a balance of traditional craft and contemporary design, combining functional form and a slightly eccentric use of colour, resulting in sophisticated but playful pieces that bring a touch of fun to the practical.
Besides ceramic, Jon also produces a variety of prints, illustrations, and visual graphics rooted in mid-century handmade design and traditional tattoo flash.
Through this work with Fellow Artisan, officially launching July 2026, Philpott hopes to inspire connection between makers and community by encouraging community self-sustainability and a strong working class consciousness.
