Back of the Pantry
Back of the pantry is a one baker business with aspen (they/them) holding the hand mixer.
What originally started as a simple past time of baking for friends and family grew into a passion.
Aspen prides themself on trying and experimenting with different flavours and ideas, blaring bad omens and baking up a storm.
As a primarily one person kitchen crew (with help from friends time to time) back of the pantry hopes to bring the joy of flavour to anyone needing a sweet pick me up.
