ATOM ALKALOID
Atom Alkaloid is an urban cactus farmer specializing in rare psychedelic cacti, specifically san pedro and peyote. Their collection also includes other rare psychoactive plants such as kanna and the iconic blue agave cactus best known for its role in tequila production.
The majority of atom's plants have been grown from seed and cultivated with care and respect for the rich history and relationship they have with the human species over the last few millenia. A personal odyssey that began nearly 15 years ago. there will be lots of beautiful rooted plants and unrooted cuttings available taken directly from atom's mother plants.
atom will also be releasing a few pieces of thoughtfully curated punk-ish cactus merch at this market and who knows, they may even bring a houseplant or two. atom cant wait to see all you weirdos there!
What Do You Rebel Against?
I USED TO REBEL VERY ACTIVELY AGAINST THE ESTABLISHED ORDER,
HOWEVER THAT GOT ME INTO A BIT OF TROUBLE YEARS AGO...
AS IVE MATURED I HAVE DEFINITELY SOFTENED
BUT THE REBELLIOUS FIRE STILL BURNS INSIDE.
AS A STUDENT OF ABSURDIST PHILOSOPHY,
MY CURRENT STATE OF REBELLION IS TO REBEL AGAINST SUFFERING.
WE ALL EXPERIENCE SUFFERING TO A CERTAIN DEGREE AS
PART OF OUR SHARED HUMAN EXPERIENCE
AND WHAT BETTER ACT OF REBELLION
THAN TO SPREAD SOME LOVE AND POSITIVITY
IN LIEU OF THAT SUFFERING.
ALSO, IVE BEEN VEGAN FOR 7 YEARS, WHICH IMO IS THE ULTIMATE ACT OF REBELLION!.
